We are looking for a highly skilled Organizational Development (OD) Manager to lead and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain organizational structures, including organization charts and salary scales.
- Develop, implement, and monitor SLA frameworks for HR and organizational processes.
- Lead transformation programs to improve efficiency, culture, and business performance.
- Manage and coach the HR/OD team to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead succession planning, talent development, and learning & development (L&D) initiatives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and implement best practices.
- Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption across all levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in organizational development, HR, or related fields.
- Experience in working with mid to large organizations (1000+ employees).
- Proven expertise in organizational design, salary structures, and HR policy development.
- Strong experience in succession planning, learning & development, and transformation programs.
- Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of SLA frameworks and how to implement them.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent or Professional spoken in both English & Arabic
Preferred Skills
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS and organizational management tools.
