. Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Business Partners, this role will be responsible for researching, identifying and attracting sales, customer service and engineering talent to Hilti through various sourcing, networking and search strategies designed to diversify and develop the external talent pipeline for the region. Identify and screen external talent for active vacancies through networking, relationship building and development of an external talent community for Hilti.
Specific focus will be placed on identifying diverse talents for roles in Saudi Arabia within core functional roles in Sales, Channel and Engineering. The Sourcing Specialist is a pivotal and pro-active role in the TA team and an essential component in the success of our Lead 2030 hiring strategy. Visibility of all open positions in your area and working collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand hiring priorities will be key to this role.
- Work with your Talent Acquisition Business Partner to take a detailed brief on a role, asking the right questions to understand hiring manager requirements and translate this into a sourcing strategy.
- Pro-actively identify high calibre diverse external talent via direct sourcing, market mapping and advanced research.
- Utilise to identify candidates from the relevant talent pools and referrals who are a match for open vacancies and managing the candidate journey of these people.
- Conduct job/industry market intelligence, candidate/competitor analysis and utilize tools to open doors to passive and active candidates.
- Craft engaging and personalized approaches to prospective candidates using tools such as email extractors and browser extensions, as well as the ability to sell Hilti over multiple approaches, delivering a warm pipeline of candidates to the business.
- Conduct in-depth screenings of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and selling the Hilti proposition to passive candidates who may not be aware of us.
- Screen and shortlist direct applications for your designated areas, managing your stakeholders effectively and working in close partnership with the hiring managers and Talent Acquisition BPs for your area.
- Focus on delivering top results for your area, utilising all available system reporting to identify search priorities based on days open, application numbers, conversions of search to interview and conversion of interview to offer and adjusting the search strategy to deliver the best result in the shortest timeframe.
- Initiate, build and maintain strong networks with candidates, the TA team and the wider business and maintain a strong external network in the sourcing community, sharing innovation and best practice internally.
- Raise Hilti's profile as an employer of choice, promoting vacancies through Linked In and other social media platforms and creating and sharing regular, relevant and engaging communication.
- Faster time-to-hire through proactive pipeline creation.
- Higher quality candidate shortlists for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Reduced dependency on agencies and external vendors.
- Stronger employer brand through professional and personalized candidate engagement.
- Data-driven sourcing insights to support smarter hiring decisions.
- Proactively source candidates using Linked In, job boards, Avature referrals and market mapping for the respective region for external hires.
- Partner closely with the TA manager and Head of TA and where required HR, to align on sourcing strategies with hiring plans and ensure ongoing updates to recruiters and the business.
- Conduct the initial outreach, screening and candidate engagement.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, competitor activity and candidate expectations.
- Lead on setting up Hiring Day and work in collaboration with the TA manager to ensure a strong pool of candidates is available and drive attendance.
- Support diversity and inclusion (localization) sourcing strategies.
- Represent Hilti professionally in all candidate interactions.
- Conduct mapping where required for strategic roles.
- Engage passive talent through targeted messaging and relationship building.
- Ensuring AM tracker is updated in collaboration with TA.
- Alignment meeting attendance with the TA partner.
- Arranging interviews where and when required for the roles they are supporting.
