Responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities and coordinating training programs to ensure SAWACO attracts, develops, and retains capable employees. The role owns recruitment delivery, onboarding coordination, training planning, and training records, ensuring manpower needs are met on time and employees receive required technical, safety, and compliance training. The role supports workforce stability and capability building by working closely with departments to meet operational and development needs.

Responsibilities

Execute full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding

Coordinate with departments to clarify manpower and skill requirements

Source candidates through job portals, agencies, and referrals

Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate selection processes

Prepare job offers and onboarding documentation

Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports

Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new hires

Prepare annual training plan based on departmental needs

Coordinate internal and external training programs

Maintain training attendance records and certifications

Track mandatory training completion (HSE, compliance, technical)

Follow up training effectiveness feedback with departments

Support Saudization hiring and reporting where applicable

Skills

High coordination with departments and external parties

Occasional site visits for onboarding or training

Coordinate recruitment and training activities within approved plans

Liaise with agencies and training providers within HR guidelines

Escalate hiring delays or skill gaps to HR Manager
