Talent Acquisition Coordinator will attract and hire top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This includes identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. As will as working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Accountabilities- Assist in applying selection criteria by using job analyses and recruitment guidelines.
- Support sourcing of potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interview logistics including screening calls, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Review and organize candidate information such as resumes and contact details for the recruitment database.
- Support in drafting and posting job descriptions as guided by the senior recruitment team.
- Help organize recruitment events such as job fairs and career days.
- Assist in tracking hiring needs and preparing recruitment updates for various departments.
- Provide logistical support for recruitment assessments and soft skills programs (e.g. scheduling, communication, result follow-up).
- Enter new hire data into government platforms such as Qiwa
, Tawteen
, and support HRDF program documentation. - Help maintain Saudization tracking and generate basic monthly recruitment reports.
- Perform general administrative support tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Exposure to high-volume hiring or internship experience in a corporate HR department preferred.
- Experience working with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
