Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage and oversee the monthly payroll process, ensure accuracy, compliance with labor regulations, and timely salary disbursement. The role requires strong hands-on experience in payroll operations, SAP/Success Factors systems, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to lead payroll activities under tight deadlines.

Key Responssibilities :

-
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and monthly payroll closure with high accuracy and within deadlines.
  • Prepare payroll reports, analyze payroll data, and provide insights to management.
  • Review and reconcile payroll variances, deductions, allowances, and adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and payroll-related statutory requirements (e.g., GOSI, WPS, deductions).
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity for all payroll and employee records.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Support audits by preparing payroll documentation and reconciliations.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and controls.
  • Supervise daily payroll operations and support junior payroll staff (if applicable)
Requirments :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and SAP Success Factors payroll modules.
  • Proven experience in payroll reporting, data analysis, and monthly payroll closure.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll-related compliance requirements.
  • High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, data analysis, reconciliation).
