The Payroll Supervisor will oversee the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring 100% accuracy in disbursements, tax compliance, and social security filings. This role acts as the System Administrator for Mena Pay
, optimizing the software to automate workflows and provide high-level reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities 1. MenaITech System Management
  • System Configuration: Manage and update the Mena Pay module, including setup for new pay scales, grades, and benefit structures.
  • Workflow Optimization: Utilize MenaITech’s self-service (MenaME) integration to streamline leave requests, overtime approvals, and expense reimbursements.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for MenaITech technical support to resolve any system glitches or calculation errors.
2. Regional Compliance & Taxation
  • Labor Law Adherence: Ensure all payroll activities comply with local labor laws (specifically regarding EOSB – End of Service Benefits).
  • GOSI: Manage monthly submissions for Social Security
  • WPS Processing: Oversee the Wages Protection System (WPS) file generation and bank uploads to ensure timely salary transfers.
3. Reporting & Analytics
  • Custom Reports: Build and extract monthly payroll variance reports and headcount analytics directly from the MenaITech report designer.
  • GL Integration: Ensure the seamless mapping of payroll entries from MenaITech to the company’s ERP
  • Audit Support: Provide all necessary documentation and system logs for internal and external financial audits.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR.

Software Mastery

Advanced proficiency in MenaITech (Mena Pay/MenaME) is mandatory.

Experience

5+ years in payroll, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Regional Knowledge

Deep understanding of MENA-specific payroll nuances (Tax, Social Security, and EOSB).

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data reconciliation.
