Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for supporting organizational effectiveness through the management of talent development frameworks, organizational structure governance, HR systems administration, and workforce data analytics. The role ensures the effective implementation and maintenance of organizational development processes including succession planning, assessment frameworks, trainees’ development programs, training coordination, and HR data management to support strategic workforce planning and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Structure Management
  • Maintain and update the organizational structure within HR systems including Oracle and other HR platforms, ensuring accuracy of reporting lines, positions, and hierarchy.
  • Support the design, review, and implementation of organizational structures in alignment with business requirements and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR and business leaders to implement structural changes including creation of new departments, reporting line updates, and role realignments.
  • Ensure organizational structure documentation and approvals are properly maintained.
Job Architecture &

Job Description Governance
  • Maintain the organization’s job description library, ensuring all roles are documented, standardized, and aligned with organizational structures.
  • Coordinate the development, review, and updating of job descriptions in collaboration with business units.
  • Support job evaluation processes and assist in aligning roles with the approved grading structure.
  • Ensure job titles, grades, and role responsibilities are properly reflected within HR systems and organizational documentation.
HR Systems Management
  • Maintain and support HR systems including Oracle, Menai Tech and other HR platforms related to organizational structure, workforce data, and position management.
  • Coordinate system updates related to organizational changes, new positions, and reporting lines.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation of HR modules related to organizational design and workforce management.
Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline
  • Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of succession planning frameworks to ensure continuity of key roles within the organization.
  • Maintain succession planning records, talent pools, and development tracking.
  • Coordinate with leadership and HR stakeholders to update succession plans and talent readiness assessments.
Assessments Management
  • Administer and coordinate employee assessments and evaluation tools used for talent identification, development, and organizational planning.
  • Maintain assessment records and support analysis of assessment results to provide insights for talent development initiatives.
Training Management
  • Coordinate training activities including planning, scheduling, tracking participation, and maintaining training records.
  • Support the preparation of training plans aligned with organizational development needs.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
HR Data & Analytics
  • Maintain and analyze HR data related to workforce structure, training, development programs, and organizational metrics.
  • Prepare reports, and presentations to support HR leadership and business decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reports.
Budget Management
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets related to training, development programs, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Track expenditures and coordinate with finance and procurement teams to ensure compliance with budget allocations.

Education /

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Required Experience:

3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Systems, Training, or Workforce Planning.
