Job Summary

The Talent Acquisitions Specialist is responsible for fulfilling the vacancies and hiring needs that are required per the manpower plan and hiring request in professional high-end practice that starting from the hiring request and ending with fulfilling and finalizing the probationary.

Supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates. working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and assist in creating job descriptions. Additionally, you'll utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards and social media, to attract qualified candidates. You'll also conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Your role will involve coordinating and managing the interview process, as well as extending job offers to successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible to start the hiring cycle from searching, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, selecting and offering.
  • Responsible for implementing the Talent Acquisition strategy that related to the candidate experience starting from the screening and ending with the regretting.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Managing the applicant tracking system and ensuring accurate data up to date for candidate records.
  • Extending job offers to successful candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Providing regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Preparing the job post and publishing the ads to enhance the Talent Pool.
  • Building and enhancing the database by making sure of securing the rich pipeline pool.
  • Participating in the induction /orientation and taking care of the new hires during the onboarding process
  • Generating reports by collecting, analyzing data, creating visually appealing and informative reports
  • Representing the organizations in the Career fairs and participating in the recruitment campaign if needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource department, Business Administration, English literature or Industrial Engineering.
Competencies
  • 2- 6 years relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skill
  • Proactive and Positive team player
  • Maintain high level of professional integrity
  • Sound Accounting and Finance Knowledge
  • In depth knowledge of factory operations
  • Excellent in Microsoft office, word, excel and power point.
