We are seeking a detail oriented HR Specialist to support daily HR operations, ensure proper implementation of company policies, and contribute to enhancing employee experience while maintaining compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

• Manage day to day employee relations and respond to HR related inquiries.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly HR reports.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR systems.
• Support performance evaluation processes and provide recommendations.
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and internal procedures.
• Prepare official HR letters (salary certificates, warning letters, experience letters, administrative decisions).
• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding payroll variables.
• Handle government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and work environment.
• Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
