Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our Facility Management team in Jeddah. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in handling all HR functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and HR operations
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Looking after initiatives for staff compensation and benefits
- Iqama renewals processing and related functions
- Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR functions
Strong background in facility maintenance and manpower agency is a must & required - Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary package.
