Requirements:

Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
, HR policies, and procedures.

Good knowledge and practical experience with Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and Chamber of Commerce (COC).

Knowledge of employee investigations, disciplinary actions, warnings, and grievance procedures
.

Experience in handling resignations, terminations, offboarding, and End of Service (EOS) processes.

Ability to prepare and maintain HR letters, employee documents, reports, and trackers
.

Good knowledge of employee records management and documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
.

Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
.

Good command of Arabic and English
, both written and spoken.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.

2-3 years in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or a similar HR role.

Previous experience in handling employee relations and HR administrative activities is preferred.
