Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing key human resources functions including Payroll, Employee Relations, and compliance with Saudi labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to creating a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

• Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally
• Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Handle employee contracts, renewals, and documentation
• Maintain HR systems and employee database
• Prepare HR reports (turnover, attendance, etc.)
• Prepare and review monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy before approval.
• Review payroll adjustments (allowances, deductions, advances, absences, leaves, overtime, etc.).
• Reconcile attendance reports (check-in/check-out) and accurately apply their impact on payroll.
• Coordinate with the Accounting/Finance Department to review and approve payroll before disbursement.
• Follow up on salary transfers for all employees and ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies or errors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with hands-on experience in payroll
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
