- Basic knowledge of LMS, data tracking, and reporting
- Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Fluent English, Proficient Arabic
The internship aims to provide practical experience in training coordination and Learning & Development activities. The intern will support the planning, coordination, implementation, and reporting of training programs.
Scope of WorkThe intern will support the Training and Learning & Development activities, including:
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Manage participant registrations, nominations, and attendance records.
- Prepare training communications and materials.
- Support training logistics, schedules, and arrangements.
- Update training records and LMS data.
- Assist in preparing training reports and evaluations.
- Coordinate and follow up with employees, departments, and training providers.
