Job Title:

Operations and Expansion Manager for Salon. Based in Jeddah, with frequent travel to Riyadh, Dubai, and London. Job Type: Full-time.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement expansion strategies for new spa locations in Riyadh, Dubai, and London.
  • Project Management:
    Oversee the opening of new branches, including site selection, lease negotiations, design, and construction.
  • Brand Development:
    Lead the creation and launch of the spa's own line of manicure products, lashes, and skincare products.
  • Operations Management:
    Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all spa locations, maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership:
    Recruit, train, and manage staff for new locations, ensuring they adhere to the spa's standards and protocols.
  • Marketing and Sales:
    Develop marketing strategies to promote new products and services, increasing brand awareness and sales.
  • Financial Management:
    Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability of new ventures.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all spa locations comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, business development, or a similar role in the beauty and wellness industry.
