Project Manager — Luxury Hospitality (KSA)

A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a flagship luxury hospitality development in Saudi Arabia.

• Lead and control all site activities to deliver on time, budget, and quality.
• Own project planning, progress monitoring, and interface management across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor performance for major work packages.
• Implement and supervise QA/QC, HSE, and risk management procedures.
• Liaise with the client, consultants, operator (e.g., Four Seasons), and local authorities.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management; maintain project documentation; ensure smooth closeout and handover.
• Monitor and control project cash flow throughout the lifecycle.
• Track and manage contractual deviations and protect the company’s contractual rights.

• 15+ years total experience in Project Management / Construction.
• 5+ years in five-star hotel / luxury hospitality projects.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• PMP or Master’s in Project/Construction Management (mandatory).
• Proven delivery of high-end projects ≥ SAR 400M within time and budget.
• Strong expertise in superstructure, MEP coordination, interior fit-out, and façade works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and DGDA standards (preferred).
• Strong planning/reporting using Primavera P6 and Aconex.
• Fluent English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with BIM-integrated projects is a plus.
