Commercial Director

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with deep expertise in real estate sales and marketing to lead and execute the company’s commercial strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth.

This is a senior leadership role that requires a hands on, results-driven professional capable of managing the entire commercial function, building strong strategic relationships with developers and partners, enhancing sales team performance, and improving overall business results.

• Lead and implement the commercial strategy to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Oversee sales teams, develop their capabilities, and improve performance.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and effective conversion into sales.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with developers and key partners, including negotiating commercial agreements.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior commercial or leadership role.
