Desert Technologies is seeking to hire a Procurement & Tendering Manager
.

The Procurement & Tendering Manager will lead and manage all procurement and tendering activities, from strategic planning and tender issuance to evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. The role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and successful delivery of company projects.
Key Requirements- 15+ years of experience in procurement and tendering.
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering
. - Strong expertise in tender preparation, bid evaluation, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
- Solid experience in large-scale projects, EPC environments, or industrial sectors
. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Develop and implement procurement and tendering strategies aligned with Desert Technologies’ business objectives.
- Oversee the full tendering cycle, including RFQs, RFPs, evaluations, and awards.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and lead commercial negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, budgets, and contractual terms.
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and technical compliance.
