About the job Country Head - Vending Machine

The Country Head Vending Operations will lead the overall strategy, operations, and business performance of the companys vending division across Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah, the role carries full P&L responsibility and requires balancing commercial leadership with operational excellence to scale a rapidly expanding vending business within the F&B and smart retail sectors.

This position is ideal for a commercially minded operator who can blend execution discipline with long-term strategic thinking, driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the Saudi market growth strategy in alignment with regional business goals.
  • Lead market entry and expansion across key cities (Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam).
  • Identify and evaluate partnership and location acquisition opportunities for new vending sites.

2. Business & Financial Management

  • Own full P&L for the vending business in Saudi Arabia.
  • Drive revenue growth through footprint expansion, product mix optimization, and data-driven pricing strategies.
  • Oversee cost control, route efficiency, and asset utilization to maximize profitability.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Ensure smooth execution of all vending operations installation, replenishment, maintenance, and cash management.
  • Oversee supply chain planning, vendor performance, and equipment uptime (target >95%).
  • Implement robust SOPs and service quality frameworks aligned with company and SFDA
    standards.

4. People & Performance Leadership

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (logistics, field service, sales, and back-office functions).
  • Build a strong middle-management layer with clear accountability and performance metrics.
  • Foster a high-performance, safety-first culture emphasizing efficiency, integrity, and customer service.

5. Stakeholder & Partnership Management

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with landlords, corporate clients, facility managers, and retail partners.
  • Coordinate with the regional and HQ teams for reporting, technology rollouts, and new initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
  • Minimum 1015 years of experience, with at least 5 in a country or business head capacity within vending, retail, FMCG, or logistics
    sectors.
  • Proven track record of scaling multi-site or multi-city operations with measurable financial results.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership acumen.
  • Experience using IoT or ERP-based vending management systems preferred.
  • Fluent in English;
    Arabic proficiency preferred.
