Project Manager - Water Projects

Riyadh / Dammam / Mecca / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in water project supervision and project management
. The candidate must be PMP Certified and capable of managing project execution, site supervision, planning, coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic
.

• Manage and supervise water infrastructure projects from start to completion.
• Ensure project execution is aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor site activities, progress, and quality of work.
• Prepare project plans, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Support client communication and attend project meetings.

• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience in water projects supervision and management
  .
• Experience Criteria:
• Minimum
  15 years
  with
  Bachelor Degree (Civil Engineering), OR
• Minimum
  10 years
  with
  Engineering Master Degree + Bachelor Degree
• Minimum5 years of experience in similar project management roles
  .
• Fluency in English and Arabic
  (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of water pipelines, treatment plants, and infrastructure works.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders.
