Job Description
Job Summary- Responsible for leading a team of after sales.
- Working as part of the after sales and product support Leadership Team,
- Must be able to provide responsible advice and counsel on a wide range of aftersales issues.
- Developing and refining organizational policies and procedures for smooth operations.
- Executing strategic After Sales Service plans to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients as trusted advisors.
- Preparing service business plans and budgets in line with department objectives.
- Updating customer guidelines to foster efficiency and operational excellence.
- Scheduling field service repair and handling service warranty claims.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing service operations.
- Aligning service and aftersales goals with strategic direction.
- Fostering effective communication and teamwork.
- Developing and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third parties.
- Collaborating with IT and Compliance Department for digital transformation initiatives.
- Preparing comprehensive business evaluation reports.
- Maintaining monthly progress reports for service jobs, claims, and training.
- Educational Qualifications and
Certifications:
University Degree in Engineering or other related degree - Knowledge: Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experienced presenter to all levels of management including senior executives, customers, and program managers
- Experience in leading pursuits, supporting product support proposals, negotiations, and customer reviews
- Technical
Skills:
Advanced computer skills including MS office - Hands on skills and experience is necessary . Self-learning and high technical learning capabilities
- Language
Skills:
Arabic is desirable. English is essential - Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in after sales

- Production and customers
- Purpose of Interaction: Get inquiries and support requests through phones and emails.
