FM Advisor Soft Services

Location : Jeddah, KSA

Contract : 1-year project (with potential extension and future opportunities)

Salary : SAR 30, per month (flexible for exceptional candidates)

We are looking for a highly skilled FM Advisor (Soft Services) to support the establishment and operationalization of a comprehensive Facilities Management Office (FMO) for a major project in Jeddah. The role focuses on developing strategies, service delivery frameworks, performance standards, and operational processes for soft services in alignment with international best practices and ISO standards.

• Advisory & Strategy Development :
  Define soft services strategy, operating model, and service delivery standards.
• Performance Management :
  Develop KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring tools for cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other soft services.
• Policies & Procedures :
  Create SOPs, workflows, and compliance frameworks for all soft service functions.
• Procurement Support :
  Advise on sourcing strategies, evaluation criteria, and vendor management for soft services contracts.
• Quality Assurance :
  Ensure service delivery meets ISO 41001 standards and sustainability principles.
• Stakeholder Engagement :
  Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and consultants to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
• Knowledge Transfer :
  Support capability building and training for client teams on soft services best practices.

• Education :
  Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience : 812 years in facilities management with a strong focus on soft services advisory or consultancy.
• Mandatory :
  Consultancy / advisory background (not contractor / service provider), proven KSA experience, familiarity with government entities and large-scale projects.
• Preferred :
  Professional certifications such as CFM, ISO 41001 Auditor, or similar. Experience with CAFM systems and performance management frameworks.
