Operations Supervisor — Contract Role (Saudi Nationals Only)

Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | ⏳ Short-term (1–3 months) or up to 12-month contract

We are seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor to support day-to-day operational delivery for a high-profile international football tournament in the Kingdom. This is a fast-paced, site-based role requiring strong coordination, problem-solving, and team supervision skills to ensure smooth execution across multiple venues and functions.

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure tasks are executed as planned
• Coordinate with venue teams, contractors, and service providers
• Monitor workforce deployment, productivity, and performance on-site
• Ensure compliance with event procedures, safety standards, and timelines
• Identify operational issues and implement immediate solutions
• Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across functional areas
• Maintain clear communication between command teams and field staff
• Prepare daily reports, logs, and performance updates

  Saudi Talent (mandatory)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• Proven experience in operations supervision, site coordination, or large-scale events/projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-track environments
• Experience in major events, sports operations, logistics, or facilities is highly advantageous
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
