Venue Manager — Contract Role (Saudi Nationals Only)

Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | ⏳ Short-term (1–3 months) or up to 12‑month contract

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead all operational activities at a designated venue for a high‑profile international football tournament in the Kingdom. This is a critical, site‑based leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless venue readiness, safety, and day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced live event environment.

• Oversee all operational aspects of the venue, including readiness, functionality, and service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, security, and government stakeholders
• Manage venue setup, daily operations, and post‑event activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational protocols
• Supervise venue staff, supervisors, and service providers
• Monitor crowd flow, access points, and operational risks
• Resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth event delivery
• Lead daily briefings and coordinate with central command teams
• Prepare operational reports and status updates

  Saudi Talent (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience managing venues, large‑scale events, or complex operations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating multiple functional teams simultaneously
• Ability to perform under pressure in live operational environments
• Experience in sports events, mega events, or large facilities is highly advantageous
• Fluent in Arabic and English
