🦺 HSE Manager — Contract Role (Saudi Nationals Only)

📍 Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | ⏳ Short-term (1–3 months) or up to 12-month contract

We are hiring an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety & Environmental operations for a major, high-profile project in the Kingdom. This is a site-based, contract role requiring strong leadership, compliance expertise, and hands‑on operational control in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead and oversee all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) activities on‑site
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, client standards, and project requirements
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Manage HSE officers and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training sessions
• Monitor reporting, documentation, and corrective action tracking
• Promote a strong safety culture across all teams

  Saudi Talent (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of HSE experience
  , with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and standards
• NEBOSH (IGC minimum; Diploma preferred) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience on large-scale, fast-track, or high-risk projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
