Accreditation Manager - Contract Role (Saudi Nationals Only)

Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Short-term (1-3 months) or up to 12 month contract

We are seeking an experienced Accreditation Manager to lead credentialing and access management operations for a major, high profile project in the Kingdom. This role requires strong organizational leadership, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage secure, large scale accreditation processes in a fast paced environment.

• Lead the planning and execution of the accreditation program for all stakeholders
• Develop policies, procedures, and workflows for credential issuance and access control
• Manage accreditation systems, databases, and application processes
• Coordinate with security, operations, HR, and external stakeholders
• Oversee badge production, distribution, and inventory control
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with security protocols
• Manage accreditation centers and supervise accreditation staff
• Resolve escalations, special cases, and last minute requests
• Produce reports on accreditation status, issuance metrics, and access levels

• Saudi Talent (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, IT, or related field
• Proven experience managing accreditation, credentialing, access control, or registration operations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with database systems or accreditation platforms preferred
• Ability to handle confidential data securely
• Experience in large scale projects, events, government programs, or security operations is highly advantageous
• Fluent in Arabic and English
