General Manager Operations

Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and enhance productivity across all departments. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success ensuring alignment with company objectives. Lead cross functional teams in optimizing processes balancing quality, cost and delivery schedules to meet customer demands. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics and feedback mechanisms to identify areas for enhancement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 10 years of operational management experience, ideally within the same industry. Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing cross departmental projects successfully. Strong understanding of data analysis and performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
