Executive Director

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Executive Director / CEO who will be responsible for leading the company’s overall operations and business growth initiatives, while reporting directly to the Board of Directors. The role requires a hands‑on leader capable of managing daily operations, supervising teams, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the company’s tourism and cultural projects.

• Lead and oversee the company’s daily operations and business activities
• Develop and execute business growth and expansion strategies
• Build partnerships and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Supervise operational performance across all projects and locations
• Manage and support internal teams and outsourced service providers
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and business opportunities
• Monitor financial and operational performance and provide reports to the Board
• Identify new revenue opportunities and market channels
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Develop annual plans, targets, and operational improvements
• Support the company’s long‑term vision and organizational growth

• 8–12 years of experience in management, operations, or business development roles
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, events, or related industries is preferred
• Proven experience in leadership and managing teams
• Strong background in business growth and partnership development
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Based in Jeddah or familiar with the Western Region market
• Strong network and relationship‑building skills are an advantage
• Ability to manage both strategic and operational responsibilities
