Four Winters is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the company's operations in Saudi Arabia, beginning with our first location in Jeddah. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for establishing the operational foundation of the business, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sustainable growth as the brand expands across the Kingdom.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading all operational aspects of the Saudi business, including commercial performance, team development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and business execution. As the primary operational representative of Four Winters in Saudi Arabia, this role will work closely with the franchisor, company leadership, the Branch Manager, and external stakeholders to ensure the brand is executed to the highest standards while supporting its long-term expansion strategy.
WhatYou'll Be Doing Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Four Winters in Saudi Arabia.
- Partner closely with the Branch Manager to ensure operational excellence while developing scalable systems and processes that support future expansion across the Kingdom.
- Drive operational excellence across all aspects of the business by implementing and maintaining Four Winters' standards for quality, food safety, customer experience, inventory management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and support sustainable business growth.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management of the Saudi team.
- Build a strong operational culture by coaching leaders, developing talent, and ensuring every employee embodies Four Winters' values and service standards.
Oversee all governmental and regulatory requirements related to the Saudi operations, ensuring full compliance with licensing, municipality regulations, labor laws, food safety standards, and all other legal and operational obligations.
Business LeadershipServe as the primary operational representative of Four Winters in Saudi Arabia, collaborating with the franchisor, Four Winters leadership, the Branch Manager, marketing and social media agencies, designers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and long-term operational success.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience in operations management within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience leading restaurant or café operations with full operational responsibility.
- Previous experience working within a franchise environment and a strong understanding of franchise operations.
- Strong commercial mindset with a solid understanding of sales, customer experience, hospitality, and brand execution.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, and maintaining operational standards.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of Saudi governmental procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
- Previous experience living and working in Saudi Arabia with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Successfully establishing Four Winters' operations in Saudi Arabia and creating a strong foundation for future expansion.
