ALLIANCE is seeking a Warranty Manager to oversee day-to-day warranty and goodwill operations in line with policies, covering Nissan KSA markets. You will apply controls, analyse costs per claim, and support dealers, plants, and customer contact centers to resolve warranty issues.
The role requires deep automotive warranty experience, strong analytical skills, and leadership to improve field processes and audits. English is mandatory;
Arabic knowledge is a plus.
