• Provide direct administrative and technical supervision of all employees.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Foster a positive work environment, motivate teams, and identify training needs.
• Develop and implement operational plans and schedules.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare operational and financial reports and manage operational risks.
• Implement contingency plans and ensure compliance with quality and occupational safety standards.
• Lead operational meetings and resolve urgent technical and administrative issues.
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), prepare periodic performance reports, analyze results, and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions to achieve operational and strategic objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Operations Management or Site Management.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Primavera.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
