We're Hiring | Managing Director – Transportation & Logistics
Kawader for Recruitment is hiring for a leading trading company in Saudi Arabia operating in the pharmaceutical sector.
We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the establishment and growth of a temperature-controlled transportation and logistics company specializing in pharmaceutical logistics, healthcare transportation, warehouse-to-warehouse distribution, and airport & seaport cargo transportation.
Key Requirements:- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role (Managing Director, CEO, General Manager, COO, or equivalent).
- Strong background in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record in business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
- Experience establishing new operations or scaling transportation businesses.
- Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
- GCC experience is highly desirable.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
