O&M & Performance Director

ORH ASSESSMENT is hiring | O&M & Performance Director – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are currently conducting an international search for a senior operational leader to take on a strategic O&M & Performance Director role in Jeddah, within a large-scale water and wastewater services environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable and sustainable operational performance
, with a strong focus on:

• Network efficiency, pressure management & service continuity
• Drinking water and wastewater quality
• Customer satisfaction and service reliability
• Achievement of operational and contractual KPIs

This is a highly operational leadership position, requiring the ability to translate technical expertise into tangible performance improvements
.

The role operates within a complex institutional environment involving multiple stakeholders, approval levels and dependencies. The successful candidate will therefore combine operational credibility, resilience, pragmatism and strong stakeholder management skills
.

We are looking for a senior water & wastewater professional with:

• 15+ years of professional experience
• At least 5 years at Director or equivalent leadership level
• Proven responsibility for large-scale water and wastewater operations
• Experience with in an international water utility operator, concession, MOM or O&M environment
• A strong track record of delivering operational and contractual KPIs
• Demonstrated expertise in NRW, leakage, metering and pressure management
• Experience improving service continuity, network efficiency and reliability
• Exposure to water/wastewater quality and customer satisfaction management
• Experience leading large, multicultural and technically diverse teams
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities in complex institutional environments
• Fluent English and willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory

The search is international and we are particularly interested in senior professionals with backgrounds in major international water operators, utilities, concessions and O&M organisations.
