Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage end-to-end UTR operations for a large site or multiple sites in AMET. You will drive performance, safety, quality, and morale while meeting customer-facing metrics and coordinating with stakeholders.
You will lead training and development for pickers, conduct 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits, and stand in for the Area Manager as needed. Fluency in English is required;
Bachelor's degrees are preferred.
