• Bachelor s degree in Architecture
• 15+ years of experience
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

• Extensive knowledge of engineering, design, construction, and maintenance concepts and principles.
• Ability to manage the team, direct operations, take responsibility, and make sound decisions to ensure the successful execution of the project.
• Ability to plan and organize, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of the project s defined objectives.
• Ability to coordinate with various technical teams and project-related stakeholders, and communicate effectively with clients and partners.
• Knowledge of cloud computing tools and technologies, engineering software, and 3D design, with the ability to use them efficiently.
• Ability to analyze and think critically to solve various project-related problems, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and verify quality.
• Commitment to timelines and deadlines, and ensuring the project is delivered on time in accordance with the specifications, requirements, and budget.
