Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Molecular Diagnostics, Research, and Training facility in KSA. The role will ensure smooth coordination across laboratory, administrative, facility, training, and support activities while maintaining operational efficiency and alignment with quality and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee day-to-day facility and laboratory operations.
• Coordinate staffing, resources, procurement, equipment, and facility requirements.
• Monitor operational performance, timelines, service delivery, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Technical, Quality, Commercial, and support teams.
• Support implementation of new laboratory services, research projects, and training programs.
• Manage vendors, maintenance, calibration, PPM, and other operational requirements.
• Identify operational issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and management reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, biotechnology, or life sciences.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with in the Saudi healthcare/laboratory sector is an advantage.
