Overview

A leading multi-national is currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager to join their Head Office for the region based in Jeddah - KSA. This position reports to the CHRO.

• Responsible for a team of 5
• Focus on managing the recruitment team
• Strategic planning
• Improving recruitment process
• Developing recruitment techniques

• Minimum of 7/8 years in a Recruitment focused role
• Management experience essential
• Strategic approach required
• Position is open to Saudi Nationals ONLY

30,000 - 35,000 SAR/month + Education allowance
