• Reporting To Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance Department

The Compliance Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of Compliance Framework in the Company. The Compliance Manager will ensure that Compliance Function as a second line, is enabling KCR's Functions and Departments to take the needed measures to adhere to compliance obligations arising from applicable laws and regulations, strategic partnership and service delivery agreements and KCR's bylaws and Company policies and guidelines.

• Assist the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance Department by drafting the Compliance Function'sobjectives in accordance with the Company's overall strategic objectives, mission, vision and plans.
• Ensure that all compliance-related activities are in line with the KCR's objectives.
• Lead the development of Compliance Framework and ensure effective implementation.
• Ensure adherence to the Compliance Function's set objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the development and periodic update of Compliance Function policies and procedures and monitor their implementation.
• Lead the preparation of operational plans and programs of the Compliance Function.
• Prepare reports for Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance Department on the compliance performance across KCR.
• Oversee the processes of identifying and analyzing compliance obligations and ensure that they are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare the periodic reports for the performance of the Compliance Function and submit them to the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance Department and monitor the achievement of Function's KPIs targets.
• Lead the annual compliance execution and training for KCR's Employees.

Qualification(s):

• Bachelor'sDegree in finance, accounting, business administration or the equivalent inrelated field from a reputable university.
• Master'sdegree in business administration, or the equivalent in related field is preferred.
• Recognized professional certificate in compliance orrelated field is a plus.

• A minimum of 10 years of total experience.
• A minimum of 6 years in a management position of Compliance Function.
• Excellent command of English, and fluency in Arabic is required
