Our client, a large regional conglomerate within the FMCG industry, is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager, based in Riyadh, to drive strong in market execution and bridge the gap between marketing and sales.

You will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, optimize promotional effectiveness, and support sales growth across key channels. This role plays a critical part in translating brand strategy into impactful point of sale execution.

This position is ideal for a commercially minded trade marketing professional with solid FMCG experience, strong channel understanding, and hands on exposure to the Saudi market.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and category teams to plan promotions, manage trade spend, execute go to market initiatives, and track performance to ensure maximum ROI.

Your ability to combine strategic thinking with on ground execution, while managing multiple stakeholders, will be central to success in this role.

• 6-10 years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry.
• Strong experience across key FMCG channels, including modern trade and traditional trade.
• Proven ability to plan and execute promotions, launches, and in store activation programs.
• Strong understanding of trade spend management, ROI tracking, and performance analytics.
• Hands on experience working closely with sales teams to drive execution excellence.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
