Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing; FMCG

A fast-moving FMCG business is hiring an Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing to join its team in Jeddah
. This role is for someone who can turn brand strategy into in-market execution
: trade campaigns, POSM, retail partner coordination, and performance tracking that actually moves sales and share.

Location requirement: Candidates must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
.

• Support the build and rollout of trade marketing plans across retail/wholesale and key trade partners
• Coordinate trade shows/exhibitions end-to-end: planning, logistics, booth setup, registration, and materials
• Work with Sales + Marketing to deliver promotions and trade campaigns aligned to commercial priorities
• Lead market audits and field checks to ensure execution standards, visibility, and compliance
• Manage POSM
  : briefing, production, deployment tracking, and quality control in-market
• Track campaign performance (sales uplift, market share signals, execution KPIs) and turn insights into improvements
• Build strong relationships with retailers/trade partners and handle day-to-day coordination and support
• Support budget tracking and ensure activity spend stays within agreed plans and guidelines
• Stay close to competitor activity, shopper trends, and new trade tools/tech to keep execution sharp

• 7+ years experience in Trade Marketing and/or Sales within FMCG
• Strong understanding of trade marketing mechanics (promotions, visibility, POSM, retail execution)
• Solid market awareness: you can spot trends, competitor moves, and shopper insights and act on them
• Highly organized: you can run multiple campaigns/projects without dropping details
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, agencies, suppliers, and retailers
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable reading performance metrics and making practical recommendations
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint); marketing tools/software exposure is a plus
• Arabic + English required
