We are looking for a skilled Field Recruitment Coordinator to support our upcoming beauty festival by gathering data on beauty salons and commercial brands to facilitate their participation.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and manage information on beauty salons and commercial brands.
- Coordinate and communicate with potential participants to secure their involvement.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts and event details.
- Support event planning activities to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Mid‑career experience (1‑5 years) in recruitment or event coordination.
- Experience in the beauty industry or related event settings is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
Compensation: $1,000 - $1,500
