Programs and Projects Specialist

Ektefaa Society for Research and Social Studies in Jeddah announces its need to fill the position of: (Programs and Projects Specialist)

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Project Management, Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in project, initiative, or program management.
• Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to travel locally and internationally and represent the Society at scientific events.
• Good knowledge of project management fundamentals, including developing timelines and monitoring implementation.
• Ability to work within a team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with impact measurement and data analysis (an added advantage).
• Proficiency in computer applications.

• Plan, implement, and monitor programs and projects in line with the strategic plan, including developing timelines and estimating budgets.
• Resource management: allocate and monitor the efficient use of human and material resources to achieve objectives.
• Build partnerships and coordinate with relevant entities to support and implement projects and programs.
• Represent the Society in meetings and events; attend conferences, forums, and workshops related to projects and initiatives inside and outside the Kingdom, and follow up on their outcomes.
• Risk management:
  
  anticipate challenges and develop effective response plans.
• Quality assurance: ensure project deliverables comply with defined standards.
