As a Home Health Nurse at Freelan, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Your primary goal will be to promote the health and well-being of our patients and support them in achieving their optimal level of independence.

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients  physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients  needs and goals
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patients  progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication management, and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards of nursing practice
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

• Bachelor s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Valid nursing license in the United Arab Emirates
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health or community nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Arabic is an asset

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Home Health Nurse will work Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed. The role may involve some travel within the city to visit patients in their homes.
