Nursing Clinical Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Facilitator to join our dynamic nursing team. • Nursing Competence Development: Support and develop the clinical skills of nursing staff through structured programs.
• Orientation for New Nurses: Plan and facilitate nursing orientation programs, ensuring that all new hires are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for their roles.
• Nursing Procedure Compliance: Ensure the correct application of nursing procedures and policies, conducting regular assessments to maintain high standards.
• Identify training requirements and develop interventions to address clinical gaps.
• Professional Development Promotion: Foster a culture of continuous professional development through clinical rounds, preceptorship, and role modelling.

• Education: Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of general and/or specialized clinical nursing experience.
• Professional Registration: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with the relevant healthcare authority.

• Experience in a multicultural healthcare environment, especially in clinical education.
• Previous experience in a Preceptor role.
