• Lead and supervise the ER nursing team during assigned shifts
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure efficient patient flow
• Assess, prioritize, and monitor critically ill or injured patients using triage principles
• Provide direct nursing care and assist during emergency procedures when needed
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver timely treatment
• Delegate tasks appropriately and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff
• Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources based on patient acuity
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance standards
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing records
• Mentor, support, and evaluate nursing staff while promoting continuous professional development
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies, trauma cases, and disaster situations

• Charge Nurse with the last 2 years of experience in the same area
• Nurse Specialist License
• Dataflow and Mumaris+
• Nationality:
  Saudi and Western
• Age requirement:
  Less than 40 years old
• Female
• Preferably deployable within 3 months
