Staff nurses provide hands-on care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring patient comfort.
Patient Assessment:They assess patients' needs, observe and interpret symptoms, and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
Care Planning:Staff nurses collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Medication Administration:They administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor for any adverse reactions.
Patient and FamilyEducation:
Staff nurses educate patients and their families about illnesses, treatments, and preventative care.
Maintaining a Safe Environment:They ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, including maintaining equipment and following infection control protocols.
Documentation:Staff nurses accurately document patient information, care provided, and any changes in patient status.
Collaboration and Communication:They work as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with physicians, other nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Supervision:In some settings, they may supervise or mentor other nursing staff, such as licensed practical nurses or nursing assistants.
Emergency Response:They provide immediate care in emergency situations and follow established protocols.

Requirements- Male & Female Registered Nurse
- With a minimum of 2 years of hospital experience
- With or without Pro metric Exam and Data flow (but willing to take them before deployment)
- With NO working gap of more than 6 Months
- 4500 plus 200
SAR per year after - 2 yrs of experience

- A critical allowance of 750 SAR will be provided for ER, OR, ICU, NICU, and PICU positions after the probation period, upon evaluation by the branch's CNO.
- A critical allowance of 500 SAR will be provided for Delivery and Dialysis positions after the probation period and upon evaluation by the CNO of the branch.
