Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of nurses in our facility. This position requires excellent leadership skills, as well as strong clinical knowledge and experience.

• Supervise and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual nurses, providing feedback to improve their skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, treatments, and medications administered
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
• Assist with training new nursing staff members
• Handle any patient or family concerns or complaints in a professional manner

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Valid nursing license in the country of employment (India preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a registered nurse, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to take on a leadership role. We are specifically seeking candidates who are Indian nationals currently residing in Jeddah or willing to relocate. English language proficiency is not required for this position.
