Nurse Supervisor

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals.

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for patient care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and provide necessary interventions
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff regarding patient care
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss updates, issues, and improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Current nursing license in Jeddah (for non-Saudi nationals, valid work visa)
