Homecare Nurse

The Homecare Nurse is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, providing nursing care to patients in their homes under established clinical protocols and guidelines. This role includes performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, managing wound care, and monitoring vital signs and overall health status. The Homecare Nurse coordinates care plans with physicians and other healthcare professionals, educates patients and families on disease management and preventive care, and promotes adherence to treatment plans.

The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, reporting changes in patient conditions, and ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Strong foundation in Nursing, with relevant clinical experience in homecare or community health settings.
• Demonstrated experience in Home Care, including patient assessment, care planning, and follow-up.
• Proficiency in Patient Care, with a focus on safety, comfort, and patient education.
• Competence in Wound Care, including dressing changes, infection prevention, and monitoring healing progress.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within Jeddah and work flexibly based on patient needs.
• Effective communication skills in English;
  Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate clinical records.
• Commitment to ethical, culturally sensitive, and non-discriminatory patient care.
• No Saudi Health Council License is required.
