Job DescriptionThis role plays an essential part in delivering refined service within our luxury environment. The Chef de Partie supports daily kitchen operations with precision and care, ensuring all tasks meet elevated culinary and hospitality standards. Include managing a designated kitchen section, supervising food preparation, maintaining quality, and supporting junior team members.
QualificationsPrepare, bake, and present high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and confectionery items
Manage and oversee daily operations of the pastry section
Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation according to company standards
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal specials
Supervise and guide Commis and junior pastry staff
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness as per HACCP standards
Control food cost, minimize waste, and manage stock levels
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment
Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth service operations
