Assistant Restaurant Manager

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Jeddah. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service standards, manage food and beverage quality, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. The role involves staff supervision, assisting with hiring, providing training, and addressing employee and customer concerns. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also collaborate with the restaurant management to implement strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise staff, assist with hiring and onboarding, provide training and performance feedback.
• Address employee and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance.
